3CX GUIDE - Changes to Web-client on V16​

​From the 3CX web-client:
CHAT
1. Click the emoji icon to view, and insert emojis.
2. Click the paperclip to attach a document to your chat message.

CLICK2TALK WITHIN CHAT
1. When your Click2Talk link is clicked, by a “Caller”
(eg. this may be part of the signature line on your email or on your organisation’s website) a 'Chat Box' appears allowing a Caller to communicate with you.

 2. The Caller must enter their name and/or email address, then click 'Start Chat'.
3. The Caller can then type a message, call you, or video call you.

4. If the Caller types a chat message, it appears on your chat window.
5. You can 'Reply' or 'Ignore' the message.

6. If you click the drop-down arrow, further options appear.

7. Once the chat is over, a polite message appears.

8. You are informed the Caller has quit.

9. As the chat is complete, you have the above options, plus the option to 'Archive' the chat message.

RECORDINGS
​If set, you now have access to the recordings of the group members, within your Group. Click 'All Recordings'.

1. Below shows the Settings sub-menu prior to 3CX V16 Upgrade.

2. This is the new (V16) menu, with a slightly different layout.
​Some existing features are now located under the new personalise sub-menu.
