3CX Guide - how to Set Holidays / Company Closures

​In addition to office hours on days of the week, you can define specific dates as public holidays, so that these dates will be considered out of office hours as well.  From the 3CX Admin Portal:
1. Select 'Settings' from the left menu

2. Click 'Timezone Office Hours and Holidays', click Add (under configure holidays)

3. Type a name, such as 'Christmas Holiday'. Click the drop-down arrow and enter the date, or range of dates
(for range, use the format 2018-12-25 - 2018-12-28)

4.  Using the drop-down arrow, choose a pre-recorded greeting, or to record a new Christmas greeting, click Record button. You can then record a greeting on an extension of your choice, and name it.

Note: To see the new file in the list, refresh the page (press F5) after recording.
System will be switched to Out Of Office hours mode on these days and times
