3CX GUIDE - HOW TO SET UP SPEED DIAL BLF KEYS ON A HANDSET
From the 3CX web-client:
1. In the Web-Client select 'Settings' from the left menu
2. Select BLF Settings (NOTE: The number of available keys depends on your handset)

3. Once in the BLF Setting screen, click the first Blank box (eg. number 10). You will then see the available options:
4. Click “Add More BLFs” if you need more than 1 screen’s worth of speed dials (the last button then becomes the 'Next Page' key.)
- Line – Allows dial out on a new line
- BLF (Busy Lamp Field) – Internal speed dial key
- Speed Dial + Custom Speed Dial – Set a Custom Speed Dial key for an external number, including a mobile (Note: Speed Dial can also be set, but there is no status light)
- Status Light - a steady green light if the ‘phone/extension is available, a flashing red light if the ‘phone is ringing, and a steady red light if the extension is engaged)
- Shared Parking – Providing this is set via the 3CX Admin Console, you can park/put a call on hold here
- Agent Login/Logout – Logs the extension in or out of the Queue
- Change Status – Assign one of the 5 presence statuses to this key
5. To see the new speed dial keys, re-boot the handset by holding down the X button. Re-booting takes around 3 minutes.
6. Should you wish to change the order of the keys, simply drag the three dots, to the left of the key, up or down.
