Account Manager

​Reporting to: Key Account Director
Role 
Based from our Head Office in Leeds the Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing a number of existing accounts by maintaining and developing long term relationships and maximising sales opportunities within them. As a Sales Account Manager you will work to satisfy customers' needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner, and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience, ultimately resulting in the renewal of customer contracts.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct structured quarterly account reviews with a focus on uncovering sales opportunities and strengthening client relationships.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets based on renewal and growth opportunities within the account.
  • Work to develop strong relationships with our clients, exploring multiple points of contact across their organisation.
  • Understand account planning, maintaining accurate records for your allocated accounts, using our CRM system to update contacts, identify services taken (including contract end dates), input and track opportunities.
  • Act as the main point of a contact for the client.
  • Work closely with our service department to provide a coordinated and united front aimed at ensuring the best possible customer experience.
 
Communication
  • Provide ongoing support to customers in relation to their current accounts and renewals.
  • Proactively inform customers of solution or service developments.
  • Comfortable dealing with clients both face to face and over the phone in both a relaxed and formal situation.
  • Offer advice on situations that may require additional client support or escalation.

​Requirements
  • Previous experience in account management / sales
  • Knowledge of VoIP and Hosted Telephony
  • Strong client relationship building skills
  • Highly self-motivated
  • Sales negotiation/commercially minded
  • Thrive in a team and goal driven environment
  • Full UK driving licence
