Role
Based from our Head Office in Leeds the Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing a number of existing accounts by maintaining and developing long term relationships and maximising sales opportunities within them. As a Sales Account Manager you will work to satisfy customers' needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner, and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience, ultimately resulting in the renewal of customer contracts.

As a Sales Account Manager you will work to satisfy customers' needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner, and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience, ultimately resulting in the renewal of customer contracts.
Responsibilities
- Conduct structured quarterly account reviews with a focus on uncovering sales opportunities and strengthening client relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets based on renewal and growth opportunities within the account.
- Work to develop strong relationships with our clients, exploring multiple points of contact across their organisation.
- Understand account planning, maintaining accurate records for your allocated accounts, using our CRM system to update contacts, identify services taken (including contract end dates), input and track opportunities.
- Act as the main point of a contact for the client.
- Work closely with our service department to provide a coordinated and united front aimed at ensuring the best possible customer experience.
Communication
- Provide ongoing support to customers in relation to their current accounts and renewals.
- Proactively inform customers of solution or service developments.
- Comfortable dealing with clients both face to face and over the phone in both a relaxed and formal situation.
- Offer advice on situations that may require additional client support or escalation.
Requirements
- Previous experience in account management / sales
- Knowledge of VoIP and Hosted Telephony
- Strong client relationship building skills
- Highly self-motivated
- Sales negotiation/commercially minded
- Thrive in a team and goal driven environment
- Full UK driving licence
