Reporting to Operations & HR Manager

You'll be responsible for:
Providing assistance to the Operations & HR manager to support with the day to day running of the office while maintaining and updating documentation of the business. You will be exceptionally well-organised with obsessive attention to detail, with a passion for delivering excellence within the office. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) along with being able to prioritise your workload to meet the daily requirements of the business.
The ideal candidate for this role will have good general IT knowledge with prior experience in an administrative role. You will be responsible for the general office duties including the meeting and greeting of clients and visitors, making sure our offices look great at all times, and collecting post from reception. There’s also great room for career development as we continue to grow as a business.
