FEEDBACK & COMPLAINTS

Your feedback is very welcome and integral to continually improving our service quality. We make every possible effort to ensure you are happy with the service and support you receive from us. However, despite our very best efforts, things sometimes go wrong. As a customer, you will be issued with a Customer Service Plan (CSP). This provides details of the escalation process.

Registering a Complaint
Here at The Technology Group (TTG) we are committed to delivering great customer service.  However, things sometimes do go wrong and we’ll make every effort to resolve any issues at the first line.  However, if, for whatever reason, you wish to lodge a complaint about any part of our service, here’s how we aim to deal with your complaint. We take any complaints very seriously and will do everything we can to resolve them quickly and learn from them to improve our service. Please contact us in the way that suits you best:

What we aim to do when you make a complaint
When you call The Technology Group, the consultant that answers your call will aim to resolve your issue with you on the spot.
When you email or write to us we aim to acknowledge emails and letters within one business day of receipt.
If we need to investigate your complaint further, we aim to resolve it, or tell you what we're doing to resolve it, within five business days. We’ll also provide you with a reference number for your complaint.
While your complaint is being investigated, we will provide you with updates of our progress so that you are aware of what is happening with your complaint. We will aim to provide you with a resolution to your complaint within 15 business days of you raising it.

If you would like further investigation
If you are not satisfied with the resolution or the investigation of your complaint it will be escalated to the Service Director. The Service Director will deal with you personally to discuss your complaint and the resolutions you have been offered.
If you are a small business customer and we remain unable to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction you can contact Ombudsman Services. The Ombudsman Service is an office of last resort for complaints about telecommunications services.
The Technology Group asks that if you do have a complaint, you give us the chance to resolve it before going to the Ombudsman Service. If you contact the Ombudsman Service in relation to a complaint, please provide the Ombudsman Service with your The Technology Group complaint reference number (supplied to you when you initially raised the complaint with The Technology Group). For more information, visit www.ombudsman-services.org.

Please note that under Ofcom regulations you will not be able to contact the Ombudsman Service regarding your complaint until eight weeks after you first told us your complaint.
