Christmas Support Hours

The Christmas break is quickly approaching. We’re closed Christmas Day, Boxing Day & New Year’s Day. Otherwise, it’s business as usual over the festive period. ​

Our TTG Support Elves would be delighted to assist. However, we will need the required information before 20th Dec 17:00. Requests submitted after this date, cannot be guaranteed to be actioned by the TTG Support Elves in time. Should you require professional recordings, please contact your Account Manager as soon as possible. 
With Extended Support contracts, follow the normal procedure to speak to an on-call out of hours engineer.  Remember to CALL with any urgent issues and have your PIN handy to access the e-service. Tickets raised by email or portal will be picked up the next working day.
