The Technology Group shortlisted for Comms Council Award

The Technology Group is pleased to be announced on the shortlist of finalists at this year's Comms Council Awards. The awards, in their 14th year, celebrate innovation, best practice and achievement within the communications industry. ​

TTG has been nominated for the Best Multi-National Service award for its 3CX offering. The award recognises the company that has produced a standout solution that has been effectively deployed and adopted across multiple countries 
Comms Council nominated TTG after being impressed with a significant growth in monthly recurring revenue and improvements in customer service levels, demonstrated by a market-leading NPS score of 52 in support and a world class 82 in delivery.  
As part of the award nomination, entrants had to demonstrate their multi-national expertise with a customer example. TTG’s 3CX solution for ConnectWise was singled out, with particular praise reserved for: 

• International deployment in complex geographies– utilising local network carriers 
  
• 24/7 support offering 
  
• Advanced call centre features such as call flows, routing, reporting, call overflow, queue management and more 
  

The Comms Council Awards Ceremony will be held on 28th September 2022.
