TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER
Reporting to Technical Support Manager

Our Technical Support Engineers are responsible for providing direct technical support with a customer centric focus. This position will see you take a place within our thriving Customer Services team, to provide excellent support in resolving all technical issues. This is an advanced engineer role as you will become one of our technical experts. Equipped to resolve all technical issues, however severe. The post holder should have a solid technical background combined with a passion for delivering excellence in customer service. A problem-solving attitude with the ability to investigate, troubleshoot, escalate, and resolve issues in an efficient and professional manner. And possess the ability to see things from the customers perspective and be their champion in getting their issues resolved.
